At Kerzinger Real Estate we are happy to take over the sale of your property. Before you decide, we can give you an estimate of the expected price, and advise you comprehensively on your financial liabilities. We can also put you in touch with a notary if that becomes necessary.

Administration and rental

Property administration and property rental are also core elements of our business. We will inform you in detail about the potential of your property, given the current state of the market. It's best not to delay in order to avoid having a vacant property on your hands.

Costs

The costs depend on local rates in the relevant federal state.
We are happy to advise you on this matter.

Searching for property

In the digital age, searching for real estate has become easier than ever; nowadays, almost all property for sale or rent is found through the internet. We will assist you in your quest by offering inside knowledge and suggest tips and search methods. We can make things easier for you, for instance, by checking the property division declaration which owners of an entire building must make when their ownership interest is divided into smaller parcels. We can also check the owner's business model and the property's ownership history. We can guide you through your best financing options and if you wish, accompany you to property viewing, relevant authorities, to the notary and to the bank.

If you are in the process of buying, and you would like us to come on board to negotiate a purchase price with the owner, we will gladly do so. If we succeed in obtaining a better outcome for you, we will charge you 10% of any price reduction. This is if the purchase actually goes through, naturally.

Consulting costs

We are happy to answer individual questions concerning a property free of charge. We calculate the cost of a personal consultation by the hour and by expenditure. We can also quote you a flat rate.

Flat rate: €100 - €500

RENOVATION AND MODERNISATION

Günter Kerzinger worked as a qualified building craftsman for many years, having been encouraged into the profession by his father when as a young man he was assisting him in the construction of the family home. Over the years, he has assembled a considerable number of contacts and partnerships in the building trades which he uses in the service of his clients.

Kerzinger Real Estate provides all construction services for the extension, conversion, modernisation and renovation of your property.

Currently we can provide or recommend suitable craftsmen for the Berlin / Brandenburg area only.
