Günter Kerzinger
Proprietor

Günter Kerzinger grew up with a passion for the property business. As a youngster, he did not stand idly-by when his father was extending and renovating the family home - he took part with enthusiasm. Since 1993 he has been working in the real estate industry. Together with his associate craftsmen, he has been acquiring existing properties to expand and renovate for onward profitable sale.

With his training as a real estate specialist, he supplements his craftsmanship with sound industry know-how. In 2007 he founded Kerzinger Real Estate. He cares personally about the concerns of customers.

He is chairman of the administration advisory council for two residential complexes and auditor.

Marcus Weber
Sales Manager

Marcus Weber has been working in the sales department of our business for several years. Initially he gained experience as an owner and client, later on Advisory Boards and finally in two real estate agencies. At Kerzinger Real Estate, he takes care of selling as well as letting and produces the necessary property photographs.

Daniela Grosch
Marketing

Daniela Grosch studied drama and communications. Since 2012 she has been working in marketing with special focus on the real estate industry. She has been with Kerzinger Real Estate since 2017.

Daniela supports the company in all areas of advertising. This includes the online and offline presentation of the company as well as the marketing of real estate.
